Schools using nilo confirm that they have obtained all permissions, notices, consents, and approvals necessary to provide student, teacher, parent, and school information to nilo.
Schools must ensure that only authorised staff members access school dashboards and student records.
04

- A user has misused the platform
- There is a security or privacy risk
- A school subscription or authorisation has ended
- A user has shared harmful or inappropriate content
- A user has attempted unauthorised access
- We are required to do so by law or an authority
Schools may request removal of student or teacher accounts in line with their agreement with nilo.
Termination does not remove obligations that should reasonably continue after account closure, including intellectual-property protections, payment obligations, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and dispute provisions.
